Around 80% of all microchips worldwide are manufactured using ZEISS technologies. With high‑precision lithography optics, photomask systems and process control solutions, ZEISS enables the production of ever smaller, more powerful and more energy‑efficient microchips, and thus plays a key role in shaping the age of micro- and nanoelectronics with its innovations.

The Shopfloor and Value Stream Management department (14 people) supports production by designing, continuously improving and safeguarding processes, data and organizational workflows. The goal is to ensure efficient and stable value‑adding processes and to drive their continuous improvement.
