**Production Laborer**
**Job Summary**
+ Perform general production labor in a pre-mix concrete facility
+ Handle, stack, and inspect concrete products in a fast-paced environment
+ Support production lines and maintain consistent output
**Responsibilities**
+ Stack and move concrete blocks and materials (20–70+ lbs)
+ Feed and remove products from production lines
+ Inspect products for defects and remove damaged items
+ Grind and finish concrete for quality appearance
+ Bag and palletize materials for shipment
+ Monitor production output and meet daily targets
+ Perform general cleanup (sweeping, shoveling, organizing)
+ Assist with basic maintenance and equipment support
+ Follow all safety procedures, including lifting and lockout/tagout
+ Work with team to keep production running efficiently
