+ Operate and oversee multiple pieces of production line equipment in a food manufacturing setting.
+ Lead assembly and disassembly of production equipment to support production runs.
+ Coordinate team activities, including training and guiding 10–30 employees.
+ Track and document downtime, material usage, and equipment changes.
+ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
