**Job Description**
+ Operates and leads multiple pieces of production line equipment across various areas during the 3rd shift, including assembling and disassembling equipment based on production schedules.
+ Coordinates labor on food production lines under supervisor/manager direction to meet production targets while maintaining efficiency and workflow.
+ Accurately documents production downtime, machine setting changes, and materials used during each production run.
+ Trains and supports production employees on equipment operation, safety practices, and quality standards while clearly explaining processes and answering questions.
+ Monitors line performance, troubleshoots basic issues, communicates with leadership, and ensures compliance with safety, quality, and production procedures.
