Production Line Leader

ADEY, the market leader in the provision of residential water treatment products for closed loop heating and cooling systems in the UK, is looking for a Production Line Lead to join the team.
Now part of the Genuit Groups’ Climate Management Solutions (CMS) business unit, ADEY has ambitious growth plans.
Working Hours:
AM Shift: 5:30 - 13:45 Monday to Thursday
5:30 - 12:30 Friday
PM Shift: 14:00 - 23:00 Monday to Thursday
13:00 - 17:00 Friday
The Role
As Line Leader, you are responsible for both material resources and employees.
At the core of the role, Line Leaders plan, coordinate and control the production process on a daily/hourly basis so that products are provided safely, while meeting or exceeding the hourly production target, to the required quality standard.
Works in close partnership with Shift Supervisors and Line Pickers to ensure timely production of products.
