Our client is a leading global manufacturer of engineered industrial products. 

The Role 

As Production Line Leader you will lead your team to achieve set targets and metrics and look to improve efficiencies.

Duties include:

• Oversee production line teams of between 4 - 10 people.
• Follow the production schedule and report on any problems.
• Lead your team to achieve set volume targets and other metrics.
• Implement lean principles to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Have a strong safety first mindset, be quality focused and productivity focused.

• Demonstrated team leadership experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
