Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor all steps of the corrugated carton production process (from the raw kraft to the finished products)
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues in collaboration with the Maintenance Team
- Ensure consistent product quality and adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate with all teams to optimize output
- Collaborate with the commercial team to suggest cost effectiveness in product formulation to win customers
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
