Production Maintenance Tech - South Windsor CT

**Location:** South Windsor CT
**Schedules:** Day/ Night Shift available: (12-hour shifts) Rotating 2-2-3 schedule

+ 6AM-6PM
+ 6PM–6AM

**Hourly Pay:** $25

We’re hiring a hands-on Production Technician for a print & mail distribution company. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical skills who enjoys troubleshooting high-speed production equipment and wants long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventative & corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical & computer-related issues
• Install/relocate production equipment
• Track service calls & parts usage
• Follow OSHA/EPA safety standards

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or technical training
• **Mechanical aptitude** & **production equipment** repair experience
• Familiarity with MS Office & Windows systems
