Production Manager

Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed production plans and schedules to ensure the timely delivery of vessels and marine projects. Coordinate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to align production activities with project timelines and milestones. Monitor project progress and proactively address delays, bottlenecks, and resource constraints.

Team Leadership & Workforce Management: Lead, supervise, and motivate production teams including welders, fabricators, carpenters, electricians, and fit-out crews. Allocate manpower effectively to ensure optimal productivity and skill utilization across multiple projects. Monitor workforce performance, resolve operational issues, and support employee development and training initiatives.
