The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment. Job Qualifications 5 years leadership experience in manufacturing. A minimum of 2 years experience as a Production Manager. 2 years experience experience in a high speed food manufacturing plant, highly preferred. Lean Sigma 6 experience. Job Duties Manage 5 Direct Reports Manage Line Efficiencies over 3 lines. Hire and train new employees. Work with other managers to optimize production.
