Lead manufacturing production lines and ensure the efficient delivery of products in line with company''s commitment.
POSITION INFO:
This role ideal for a hands-on leader who thrive in a fast-paced production environment and are passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, and building high-performing teams.
This role is based in Southern Suburbs of Cape Town and is office based Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
- Bachelor''s degree in industrial engineering or a related field
- Post-grad production management or leadership qualifications will be to your advantage
- 5-8 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role
- Experience in packaging, plastics or FMCG manufacturing will be advantageous
Technical Skills:
- Polymer production knowledge
