Production Manager

SUMMARY:
Lead manufacturing production lines and ensure the efficient delivery of products in line with company''''s commitment.

POSITION INFO:

This role ideal for a hands-on leader who thrive in a fast-paced production environment and are passionate about operational excellence, continuous improvement, and building high-performing teams.

This role is based in Southern Suburbs of Cape Town and is office based Monday to Friday.

Requirements:

• Bachelor''''s degree in industrial engineering or a related field
• Post-grad production management or leadership qualifications will be to your advantage
• 5-8 years experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or management role
• Experience in packaging, plastics or FMCG manufacturing will be advantageous
