Production Manager (Custom Boxes)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end manufacturing operations of custom boxes and packaging products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in corrugated boxes, rigid boxes, folding cartons, luxury packaging, and customized printing/finishing processes. The candidate will be responsible for managing production planning, quality control, manpower, machine utilization, and on-time delivery while ensuring operational efficiency and cost optimization.
Responsibilities
Manage daily production operations for custom box manufacturing.
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
Supervise production teams, shift supervisors, and machine operators.
Ensure efficient utilization of machinery, raw materials, and manpower.
