Production Manager - Night Shift

Job Location: Plymouth, IN Pay Level: 2B * Summary:* Lead the overall success of plant production operations pertaining to the satisfaction of team member safety, customer service levels and quality expectations including the supporting management of production, scheduling, training, and continuous improvement departments / initiatives. * * In addition, the Production Manager: * Continually improve safety records by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes * Lead the planning, organizing, and directing the production and scheduling operations to ensure the highest levels of efficiency and quality are met. * Lead plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital. * Lead the effort in attainment of business objectives and production schedules while ensuring product standards that will exceed our customers’ expectations. * Implement manufacturing strategies and acti...
