To lead and coach engineers to continue strike for improvement and BPS implementation
Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands while optimizing resource allocation.
Team Management: Supervise and lead production staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork to achieve production goals.
Quality Control: Monitor product quality and safety standards, conducting regular audits and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
