**Job Title: Production Manager**
**Job Description**
The Production Manager apprentices under the guidance of the Plant Manager to enhance overall facility operations, including receiving and sorting product, laundering, drying, ironing, folding, and preparing items for transport to customers. This role creates and manages production schedules, ensures safe and efficient use of industrial laundry equipment, and actively supports a collaborative, hands-on culture on the production floor.
**Responsibilities**
+ Spend time working and learning in all departments to fully understand procedures and culture, including sorting, loading, washing, drying, sanitizing, ironing, folding, packaging, counting, maintenance, recording production quantities, and operating industrial laundry equipment.
