• Manage and oversee daily production operations in the steel fabrication yard.
• Plan and monitor fabrication schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
• Lead and supervise fabrication team supervisors, foremen, and workers to ensure efficient operations and achievement of production targets.
• Organize machines, workstations, and material flow to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Senior Factory Manager, Engineers, Procurement teams, and site team for material and production planning.
• Ensure all fabricated steel components meet required drawings, specifications and quality standards.
