**Production Manager**
**Objective**:
Plans, organizes, directs and controls all the production activities yo assure that the production of goods and/or services meet volume, quality and cost requirements within the established timeframe in an efficient manner.
**Main Functions**:
- Directly responsible for the production program and for the levels of efficiency, observing the requirements established by quality as well as controlling scrap.
- Supervises the preparation of reports on production and completion dates.
- Supervises of evaluates procedures designed to upgrade production methods, equipment utilization and the quality of finished goods.
- Advises management on production problems.
- Validates and authorizes standard operating procedures (SOP) of the production function.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or equivalent education
- Advanced english
- More than 3 years of experience
