Production Manager (Washing Machine - Factory)- M1

Responsibilities To plan, implement, and monitor the production program as agreed with the Factory Manager to ensure timely achievement of delivery schedules. To advise and liaise with the Factory Manager regarding production plan adjustments, operational issues, and provide effective solutions where required.
To ensure adequate manpower planning and allocation to meet production program requirements efficiently. Responsible for all production activities, ensuring smooth manufacturing operations, maintenance of production units, and upkeep of factory premises within defined quality, cost, and safety standards. To determine and monitor overall resource capacity (manpower and equipment) and set production priorities to achieve operational targets.
