Production Officer

About the role

Production Officer sits within the Solid VS team at Jamshoro production, supervising the production process of assigned production zones (Dispensing, Manufacturing, Packaging Work) centers with a specific span of control for safe, compliant and efficient production output as per production schedule in shift operations.

Role Responsibilities

• Daily confirmation of operational set‑up on assigned line(s)/zone for man, machine, material, and methods for smooth start‑up and continued operation in shift with compliance to all applicable SOPs and defined GMP/EHS standards.
• Effective supervision of operations in assigned zone/lines/work centres and delivery of continuous and consistent product quality, linked with a scripted diary of work (leader standard work) and presence minimum 70% in area for people leadership, performance management, problem solving and process conformation.
