Key Responsibilities as a Production Operative

• Spooling, measuring, and cutting steel wire rope from master reels to specified customer lengths.
• Fitting a variety of end terminations to rope ends using different methods, including hydraulic presses and resin-based systems.
• Supplying and preparing all relevant accessories required for customer orders.
• Labelling, packaging, and preparing goods for safe and secure dispatch.
• Ensuring environmental procedures and company policies are followed at all times, reporting any concerns or issues to management when necessary.
