Job Opportunity: Production Operative - Rotating Shifts
Salary: £13.27 per hour (night shift rate)
Shift Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off (rotating shifts)
Day Shift: 06:00 - 18:00
Night Shift: 18:00 - 06:00

Contract Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Production Operative at a busy herb processing factory. Due to the location, candidates must have their own transport. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate and maintain factory equipment and machinery.
- Monitor herbs through washers, spinners, and the thresher room (-20°C, appropriate clothing provided).
- Feed packaging lines, assemble and tape boxes, and ensure herbs are correctly boxed.
- Work in cold storage areas (-18°C) and assist with forklift operations (licensed drivers only).
