Our Bicester based client is seeking motivated Production Operatives to join their fast paced production environment on a Temp-to-Perm basis. This is a hands on role within a dynamic team, ideal for candidates who enjoy a structured routine and being part of a high performing operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working in both hot and cold production environments.
- Wearing full PPE provided for hygiene and safety.
- Mixing large containers of sauce accurately.
- Measuring ingredients according to recipes.
- Assisting with packaging and ensuring quality standards are met.
