Production Operative Yazor Road

About the Role

We’re looking for Production Operatives to join our team based at our Yazor site in Hereford. No experience required; full training will be provided.

Working Hours

40 hours per week on a rotational shift pattern: 05:00‑14:00 or 14:00‑23:00, Monday to Friday.

Duties

• Weighing, assembling, and packing products ready for dispatch.
• Labelling and grading of products.
• Manual handling, including lifting equipment and products up to 20 kg.

Qualifications

• Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
• Good attention to detail and flexible attitude to tasks.
• Experience in a production/manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential (full training will be provided).
• No avian pets or poultry.

Benefits

• £12.71 to £13.15 per hour.
