Production Operator (2nd Shift)

Experience & Qualifications:
* High School degree with at least a year of general work experience. Previous production environment experience or machine operation equipment experience is desired. Will consider other equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
* Previous food-grade manufacturing background and keen understanding of food safety regulations is desired. Previous food and beverage manufacturing and equipment experience is also highly desired.
* Ability to operate manufacturing equipment.
* Ability to read, write, follow process flow charts, and problem-solving are essential skills.
* Good math, inspection, and problem-solving skills are needed.
* Good interpersonal communication skills are needed.
* Excellent team-player with the ability to effectively interact with multiple departments.
