12‑Hour Day Shifts

Pay: $20.50/hr on day shift

$21.50 on night shift

$1,500 Sign‑On Bonus

You’ll work in the plastic extrusion depts, supporting production lines while making flexible plastic pipe for the construction industry.

+ Assemble steel reels using hand and power tools
+ Prepare, stage, and manage materials throughout production
+ Feed production lines and handle scrap for recycling or disposal
+ Operate grinders, extrusion machines, and related equipment
+ Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
