**Job Title: Production Operator – Reclaim Grinder**

**Schedule: 3rd shift; Monday-Friday11:00 pm to 7:00 am**
**Position Summary**
We are seeking a motivated Production Associate – Reclaim Grinder Operator. The primary objective of this position is to manage and safely operate the Reclaim Grinding Equipment in our manufacturing facility.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Comply with all plant rules and safety regulations
+ Maintain a clean and orderly work area
+ Adhere to daily attendance requirements as per plant attendance policy
+ Maintain good housekeeping in all areas of the plant
+ Know location of all jam-up and emergency stop buttons; use phone paging system when necessary
+ Operate board grinders and prepare/feed scrap products
+ Operate compactor equipment and associated tasks
