Summary
The Production Planner is responsible for accurately processing purchasing and cost data related to subcontracted production activities. The position also manages the classification and accounting of tolling, rework, and claim costs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze cost variances and ensure data integrity. In addition, the role requires strong communication skills to coordinate schedules and resolve closing issues with external vendors, including claim reconciliation and root cause follow-up.
