Production planner

Covert the customer demand into an achievable production plan, taking into consideration available machine capacity and raw material required from stock available. Rescheduling production to suit changes in orders, urgent requirements, and material supply etc. Follow the production planning requirements from customer order to customer delivery. Report and escalate planning related issues concerning customer orders, delivery due dates and stock build/replenishment progress. Determine manpower, equipment, and raw materials required to meet production demands. Inter department co-ordination to achieve production plans, resolve quality issues relating to customer delivery, scheduling trials and new product development. Maintain, develop, implement, and ensure adherence to company SOPs. Host feedback meetings to the team on planned outputs. Perform any reasonable duty as required within planning.
