Opportunity Description
- Must understand the process flow for sheet metal fabrication process.
- To review Drawing and BOM in ERP system.
- To release Work Order & schedule to production and monitor production activities to meet delivery timelines.
- To review BOM & summarize total raw material to purchase.
- Coordinates production daily shipment arrangement to finishing and assembly sites. Communicating timely with Engineering & Doc Con to ensure all document release on time for production activities.
- Plan and review schedules to fully utilize machine capacity and to meet project schedule. Communicate with Purchasing department to resolve potential pull in/push out or raw material related issues.
- Perform Production Schedule Prioritization when needed to meet urgent project schedules.
- To up-date Production Master Plan & OE Summary for all open orders.
- Release Jobs for Job Traveler Printing.
