Production Planner

The Production Planner is responsible for developing,coordinating, and maintaining an achievable production plan for blending andfilling operations. This role ensures optimal utilisation of plant resources,timely order fulfilment, and alignment between demand, inventory, andoperational constraints.
Production Planning & Scheduling 1. Develop weekly production schedules for blending and filling operations 2. Sequence production orders considering: - Tank availability and constraints - Line capacity and pack size - Changeover optimisation (minimise contamination and downtime) 3. Adjust plans dynamically based on: - Urgent orders - Equipment breakdown - Material shortages
