Production Planning Officer (New Factory)

Mô tả công việc: The incumbent will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

Take the orders, analyze to make monthly production plan and delivery schedule, follow-up the actual production progress
Optimize planning to get the shortest production lead times
Liaise with customers and negotiate the delivery schedule based on the resource status
Control material stock for continuous production operations
Make and adjust the shipment plans
Liaise with other concerned departments for production control problem resolutions
Develop and manage suppliers and evaluate supplier quality
Negotiate new contracts with existing and new suppliers
Comply with labor safety process and company regulations
Contribute kaizen ideas about inventory and production control, supplier management system
Make the daily report on the production progress to the Head of Department
Perform other related duties as assigned
