Production Planning Specialist (Manufacturing/Excellent in English)

Job Summary:

The Production Planning Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting Asia sourcing teams (in Shanghai and Vietnam) on identifying and professionally managing any potential risks that will impact the on-time delivery at the vendors located in Vietnam and other Southeast Countries. The Production Planning Specialist should take the lead on good production planning to secure key programs successfully launch in the store; review vendor production capacity for corresponding solution; coach vendor factories to well utilize meaningful tools to optimize inventory performance for company and vendor factory sides.

This position also needs to explore PO lead time reduction opportunities through vendor PO handling process analysis; The Production Planning Specialist needs to be pro-actively seeking and identifying vendor / items opportunities including the manufacturing process improvement.
