Insight Global is seeking a Plant Manager / Production Manager for a leading concrete manufacturing client. This individual will oversee a multi-shift production facility, owning all aspects of safety, quality, production, and maintenance. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives on the shop floor, brings strong technical expertise with automated manufacturing equipment, and is passionate about continuous improvement. This role partners closely with Operations, Sales, Dispatch, and R&D to ensure customer demands are met while maintaining exceptional product quality and operational efficiency.
