PRODUCTION PROGRAM SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a Production Program Specialist in the Production Resources Department, Code 900, of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will coordinate work with various support codes and trade shops who are responsible for executing production tasks. You will attend briefings and meetings to provide senior leadership with updates on work schedules, program status, and program requirements. You will formulate recommendations for mitigating critical problems. You will provide guidance on the development and review of policies, procedures, and processes for production improvement and training programs. You will analyze and determine the cause of production program delays and extract production data to provide recommendations and solutions.
