Overview

Our team is looking for a new Materials Planner! Reporting to the Bakery Leader, this position focuses on scheduling and optimizing bakery production based on central planning guidelines while adapting to disruptions like equipment issues, labor shortages, or material delays. It involves maintaining accurate scheduling data, releasing production orders, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring high inventory accuracy for finished goods. The position also supports cross‑functional coordination, issue escalation, and serves as backup for material planning when needed.
