Role Summary The Shift Leader is responsible for leading nightshift production to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. The role provides onshift leadership, drives operational performance, and supports team capability while maintaining safety, quality, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance
Enforce ESO submission & closure. Lead toolbox talks, ensure PPE compliance, and stop unsafe work. Escalate incidents and support investigations and corrective actions.
