Production Shift Manager
Houston, TX / On-Site
Salary: $75,000.00-$95,000.00
Primary Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.
- Execute operations per H.B. Fuller policies and procedures.
- Achieve production targets for quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize assets.
- Lead product scale-ups and new product introductions.
- Identify and resolve issues using structured problem-solving.
- Manage shift-level inventory and ensure accurate ERP data entry.
- Coach, develop, and evaluate team performance.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment with multi-shift operations.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
