As the Production Shift Supervisor, you will supervise, lead, and coordinate the activities of a team of Production Technicians on a given shift. You will monitor daily plant activities and ensure safety, quality and productivity commitments are met. Utilize your organizational skills by managing work processes and balancing workloads.
