Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced L2 Production Support Engineer with strong expertise in Unix/Linux, SQL, and monitoring tools to support mission‑critical banking applications. The role involves 24x7 support, incident management, and collaboration with L3/development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 production support for banking applications in a 24x7 rotational shift mode
- Manage incident lifecycle, problem management, and PMR processes
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement temporary/permanent fixes
- Handle change management, releases, and deployment
- Coordinate with L3 support and development teams for issue resolution
