Second Shift Production Supervisor Contractor – Quebec

A second shift Production Supervisor contractor is needed in Quebec and will promote and enforce safety and housekeeping standards through the effective use of the Safety Management System. Maintains awareness of quality standards, communicate departmental quality objectives, and leverage resources to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bilingual (verbal and written) in English and French. The candidate doesn’t have to be fluent in both languages; if the candidate is more fluent in French than English that works. In Quebec French is key.
• 5 years experience in manufacturing or other related field; automotive background not required.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively, motivate employees, and drive team performance.
