Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) (Hiring Immediately)

Your Mission
As a Production Supervisor (2nd Shift - 2:00pm - 10:00pm) you will be part of a team that will design, develop and deploy a continuous improvement process to increase efficiency and quality. To achieve the desired future state the overall planning and execution of the production operations will be improved jointly with new CNC technologies, robust processes, and a flexible, highly trained workforce. Focusing on a collaborative team approach to accomplish goals will drive cultural changes and employee engagement necessary to accomplish operational excellence.
