- Oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth operations
- Motivate and guide team members while ensuring sufficient manpower and skill coverage

- Organize production flow to achieve output targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Monitor equipment performance and respond quickly to operational issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and encourage employee suggestions (LISS)
