**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead daily quarry production and rail loading operations to meet safety, quality, and volume targets
+ Coordinate train scheduling, material inventory, and shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery
+ Oversee and coach team members, promoting a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
+ Monitor equipment performance and collaborate on maintenance planning to minimize downtime
+ Analyze operational data to identify efficiencies, reduce costs, and optimize production processes
