Key Duties and Responsibilities

?Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure schedules, output, and quality targets are achieved.

?Lead, allocate, and monitor the work of production staff across shifts and production lines.

?Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, food safety requirements, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.

?Monitor line performance, downtime, waste, and labour efficiency, and take corrective action where required.
