Production Supervisor

**Job Summary**

Oversee end-to-end management of industrial refrigerant dryer and filter assembly orders, including production planning, scheduling coordination, resource allocation, and progress tracking to ensure on-time order delivery.

**Responsibilities**

+ Organise production team and on-site management in the assembly workshop, optimize allocation of personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient execution of production plans.
+ Understand entire production processes thoroughly, identify production bottlenecks, and propose improvement solutions. Collaborate with manufacturing engineering, quality, and other departments to resolve technical issues.
+ Promote and apply the application of Lean Production and quality management tools (e.g., 5S, 7-wastes etc) to enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure product quality compliance.
