Job description

Ensure the manufacture of quality products which meets production needs and Customer Specification and achieves profit and performance targets. Driving continuous improvement to maximise operational effectiveness and efficiencies through the development of people, process and systems.

Oversee Daily Production Operations

  • Supervise and coordinate all activities of production staff.
  • Ensure production schedules are met with efficiency and quality standards.

  • Assign tasks and monitor employee performance.
  • Provide training, coaching, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
