Responsibilities
- Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.
- Enforce compliance with the quality system and proper application of the defined processes and procedures to meet the required quality level.
- As a supervisor act as the legal responsible in case of accident.
- Participate in the load/resource balance with the manufacturing manager.
- Ensure achievement of production schedules in accordance with the objectives of cost, quality, and lead time.
- Responsible for the performance of a production/manufacturing sector through hierarchical animation of teams.
- Align resources with needs within a short‑ and medium‑term horizon, elaborate training plans where necessary for successful execution of standardized work, lead short‑interval management at sector level, and formulate/escalate issues where necessary.
