POSITION SUMMARY
Vertiv - STL Austin, Texas is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead day-to-day assembly operations in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and productivity within the STL assembly area while supporting production ramp and process stabilization.
The Production Supervisor will serve as the front-line leader for production teams, driving execution of manufacturing processes, developing operators, and ensuring alignment with defined operational and global AME standards. This role plays a critical part in establishing stable, repeatable production during early-stage manufacturing and ongoing operations.
