Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules. You’ll monitor product quality to meet company standards, lead and mentor a team of production workers, and maintain a clean and safe working environment by ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Additionally, you’ll manage materials and supplies to ensure a positive flow for production needs and identify areas for improvement in production methods and procedures.
